Role Overview

As a Customer Relationship Associate, you’ll engage with potential learners and their families to guide them through the demo class experience and help them enroll in our learning programs.

Key Responsibilities as Customer Relationship Associate

  • Client Communication: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and receive inbound queries regarding demo classes.

  • Relationship Building: Build positive connections with leads, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment journey.
