Job Summary

Eoxs is hiring a Virtual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients in a remote environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities as Virtual Receptionist

  • Answer incoming calls and professionally greet patients and visitors.

  • Schedule and manage appointments using online calendar tools.

  • Maintain and update patient records with confidentiality in EMR systems.

  • Respond to patient queries and provide information about clinic services.

  • Handle billing, payments, and insurance documentation accurately.
